What You’ll Do
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the office's scheduling software
- Manage conference room calendars, supplies, set up/take down
- Order and manage office supplies and business cards
- Greet visitors as they arrive, and direct them to the appropriate area, messaging their host
- Perform general administrative tasks such as creating documents and scanning
- Provide assistance to committees such as Health & Safety, and Employee Engagement
- Communicate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations
- Support Office Manager, Executive Assistant and other admins with meeting, event planning and coordination
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as in a front office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills such as email, word processing, and spreadsheet software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is in office. The office is located at 1600 Corporate Center Dr., Monterey Park, CA 91754.
- The total compensation target pay range for this role is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. The salary range represents our national target range for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
