Closing Lead – Full Time | Creative Dining Services | 12:30pm-9pm with rotating weekends

Join the hospitality team at Hope College! We’re looking for a dependable, energetic Closing Lead to support our Front-of-House (FOH) team in a fast-paced, rewarding campus dining environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead FOH operations during closing shifts
- Ensure menus are accurate, with precise allergens and icons
- Monitor food holding temps, restock items, and complete closing checklists
- Support team members and resolve service issues or conflicts
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, kitchen staff, and team members about needs, updates, or concerns
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years in food service or customer service (leadership a plus)
- Knowledge of Top 9 Food Allergens
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft365, Google Apps)
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Able to lift 25 lbs and stay on your feet
