Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile General Assistant to join our team in Perth. As a General Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and requests promptly and professionally
  • Assist in food and beverage service, ensuring a friendly and efficient dining experience for guests
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Support various departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, including food service and catering guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work atmosphere
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
