Job Description
We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer to join our Data & Analytics team, responsible for developing web-based solutions, dashboards, and portals for the FEM Care organization. This role will focus on designing, coding, and optimizing user-friendly applications that enhance data accessibility and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in front-end technologies, UX principles, and web development best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and enhance web applications and dashboards to improve data accessibility.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.

Conduct user research and usability testing to refine UI/UX designs.
-
Implement and maintain responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications.
-
Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and data sources.
-
Follow Agile methodologies, iterate quickly, and continuously improve solutions.

Stay updated on web development best practices, frameworks, and technologies.
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Web Developer or Front-End Developer.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, React, Angular, and GitHub.

Expertise in Front-End Development, UX design principles, and accessibility.
-
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
-
Experience with backend development and API integration.
-
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
-
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
-
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of web security best practices.
