Your role:
- Lead the architecture, development, and scaling of front-end applications in a modern tech stack (React, TypeScript, React-Native).
- Actively contribute to the codebase and uphold best coding practices via reviews and mentoring.
- Manage the technical backlog and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver exceptional user-facing features.
- Provide technical direction to 3 - 7 engineers, guiding decisions on architecture, performance, and tooling.
- Ensure the team meets delivery timelines and maintains code quality and security standards.
What makes you stand out:
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development using React and TypeScript.
- 2+ years in a technical leadership role, ideally in fast-paced product teams.
- Strong foundation in software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams: designers, product managers, backend engineers.
- Excellent communication and people skills - you enjoy mentoring and uplifting those around you.
