Front-End Team Lead (Web)

YOUR IMPACT:

• Manage and coordinate the team’s work to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery;
• Support the team in making architectural decisions that lead to a robust and scalable product;
• Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews and the application of best practices;
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives;
• Oversee project architecture and respond effectively to technical and business challenges;
• Guide and mentor the team to maximize performance and support individual growth;
• Take ownership of the team’s successful, high-quality, and timely outcomes;
• Foster effective collaboration with other teams to ensure alignment on goals and project updates.

ABOUT YOU:

• 1+ years of experience leading a team;
• 4+ years of experience in JavaScript;
• Strong understanding of TypeScript;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a passion for learning new things;
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities;
• Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from research and prototyping to technical design, development, and post-production support;
• Hands-on experience with client-side technologies: React, Redux, Next.js;
• Practical experience with monitoring/alerting tools like Elastic or similar;
• Understanding of core computer science concepts (e.g., SOLID, OOP, design patterns, algorithms, data structures);
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Proficiency in leading and mentoring team members in complex projects;
• Desire to grow as a manager and solve business challenges.
