Job Description

As an Engineer in our Audience division, you’ll play a vital role in driving innovation and excellence within our engineering team. You’ll be coding, reviewing, and architecting solutions using technologies like React, NodeJS, TypeScript, and Mobile frameworks. Your work will directly support our Domain Strategy and help us deliver products that solve genuine customer challenges.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to align software solutions with business goals. You’ll also mentor junior engineers, champion best practices, and contribute to engineering efficiency and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions in partnership with your team.

  • Stay current with technology trends and apply responsible engineering principles to drive innovation.

  • Adhere to engineering best practices and participate in cross-domain forums such as FrontEnd and Architecture Guilds.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Designers to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs.

  • Participate in on-call rotations, respond to incidents, and proactively improve system reliability.

  • Continuously refine processes to improve software quality and reduce incidents.

What we are looking for 

  • Strong experience with React, NodeJS and/or TypeScript. 

  • Proven ability to design and build scalable, maintainable software solutions.

  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.

  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends and applying best practices.

  • Commitment to operational excellence, including incident response and system maintenance.
