Position
As a frontend engineer in an AdTech UI team, you will be at the forefront of delivering web solutions that empower business to operate more efficiently. You will translate complex business requirements into seamless, intuitive user interfaces, collaborating closely with stakeholders to craft highly performant, secure, and scalable solutions tailored to the unique needs of our enterprise clients.
In this role you will be expected to work from our Kaunas office at least 3 days per week.

You will be working with other engineers to translate complex business requirements into seamless, intuitive user interfaces, craft highly performant, secure, and scalable solutions tailored to the unique needs of our enterprise clients.

In This Role, You Will:
- Play a crucial role in developing and maintaining frontend solutions to support adtech business needs;
- Write and maintain automated tests;
- Participate in communications with various teams and stakeholders;
- Collaborate with other engineers to optimize front-end performance and ensure consistency;
- Contribute to defining best practices and standards for frontend development;
Please Apply If You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in web application development;
- Prior experience in React, Typescript, CSS, and HTML;
- Prior experience in writing unit, integration and E2E tests;
- Problem-solving skills, ability to reason about solutions and adopt various algorithms;
- Excellent communication skills in English.
It would help you stand out:
- Experience with reactive programming (RxJS);
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux;
- Experience with CSS extension languages such as Sass or Less;
- Ability to read and understand Java code;
Ideal candidates will have a good understanding of the core principles of software engineering, including object-oriented programming, data structures, networking fundamentals and ability to adopt various best practices - from design patterns and algorithms to testing and version control. Compensation
Engineer’s salary consists of three parts:
Base part: when joining us early in your career your salary may start from 1679 EUR Gross. Being more experienced, your base salary may be up to 3992 EUR Gross for this position.
In addition:

significant yearly bonus approx 10 percent annual salary;

Booking Holdings RSU (Restricted Stock Units) package, worth 20.000 USD (before taxes) with possibility to get it every year.
Salary range provided is not final and will be discussed during the process based on your skills and experience.
