The Opportunity

Cint is looking to raise the bar on engineering standards as well as user experiences. We offer a smaller company atmosphere, allowing for a large impact by every member of engineering. We’re seeking a Sr. Frontend Engineer to join our UI Engineering team. This team is focused on providing frontend solutions to multiple projects and tooling to the whole company. We build rich JavaScript-based applications built on modern technologies like Node.js, React, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs

What You Will Do 

As an IC4 senior developer, you are passionate about learning about tech, product, design, and user experience. You have a collaborative mindset backed by excellent communication skills. You’re user-focused and love building great products.
You have a team-first mentality and work collaboratively.

• Collaborate with Product and API teams to deliver amazing user interfaces for multiple products
• Collaborate with the User Experience and Design team to develop user stories, refine user experience
• Implement interfaces and component

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For 

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building web applications using React 
• Experience building web applications with responsive design
• Experience building web mobile applications
• Experience with NextJS
• Typescript 
• Big picture mindset
• Coach profile
• Soft skills, Coordination skills, Orchestration skills
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• CI/CD, Performance, Unit, View Testing, API experience
• Understanding of different UI Rendering Architectures (SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR)
• Experience using Figma
• Experience using an internal design system, even better if an inner source strategy 
• High level of autonomy with strong collaboration skills 
• A healthy sense of urgency, with an ability to drive towards delivery 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Bonus Points If You Have 

• Familiarity with common design tools such as Figma and Storybook 
• Accessibility: WCAG 2.0 AA and AAA 
• Experience building Progressive Web App (PWA)
• Experience building an internal design system, even better if an inner source strategy 
• Familiarity or experience on the following Web APIs/Features: 
  • Microinteractions, CSS or Web Animations API, second best: transitions/framerjs 
  • Running Functions on the EDGE 
  • Workbox/Service Workers 
  • Gaming background 
  • Push API 
  • Notifications API
