About The Role

As a Front End Engineer in our centre of excellence, you'll be responsible for building an intuitive, responsive product. Your work will help our customers monitor their money laundering and customer risk, no matter the scale. 
 
You will be part of a talented team working on products and experiments using modern development standards and industry best practices. You will work closely with other software engineers, UX, machine learning experts, domain experts and product managers to plan, coordinate and integrate your work.  

Your day to day: Front End Engineer
  • Use tools like React and Next.js to help streamline the flow of data from platform to user, enable seamless pivots from one view to the next, and build a powerful yet easy-to-use platform.  
  • You will work on complex frontend challenges with huge sets of data and work on exciting scalability and machine learning challenges.  
  • You will work across the team, helping to design user experiences and implement responsive, high-performance state-of-the-art applications. 


Do you have what it takes?
  • Front-End languages such as React and Next.js 
  • Integrating with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress 
    etc 
  • Familiar wity GraphQL 
  • Module Bundlers (e.g., Webpack): Ability to set up and configure bundlers for Single Page Applications 
  • Collaborative team player with strong (written and verbal) communication skills 
 We’d be thrilled if you also have experience with, and are keen to grow your skills in, some of these other areas: 
  • UI performance engineering principles and tools 
  • UX / User Research experience 
  • CI/CD and DevOps tooling

Skills Required

  • Proficient with React and Next.js
  • Experience integrating automation frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress
  • Familiarity with GraphQL
  • Ability to set up and configure module bundlers for SPAs (e.g., Webpack)
  • Collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship available)
  • Experience with UI performance engineering principles and tools
  • Experience in UX / user research
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tooling
