What this job involves
As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will help JLL Technologies build the world’s best application for exploring and analyzing the global commercial real estate market while helping real estate owners and occupiers see options and context.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on Development
- Unit Testing
- Review and implement features and epics.
- Review code and enforce team standards for quality, test coverage, performance etc.
- Follow development/delivery internal processes
- Contribute to product roadmap and priorities.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience developing rich interactive web applications.
- Excellent programming, software architecture, and communication skills.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies (Scrum, etc.)
- University Degree in Computer Science or any other Engineering.
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Excellent skills with React using JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, Hooks.
- Excellent skills using CSS 4 and HTML5 to create web layouts and components.
- Highly knowledgeable about ECMAScript ES2016-ES2023.
- Experience with C# .NET is preferred, Node or any other backend technologies.
- Experience writing Unit Testing with Jest, Enzyme, Mocha or any other framework.
- Experienced using DevOps tools and pipelines such as Azure DevOps/GitHub Workflows
- Gitflow branching strategy.
- Good technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
- Cloud platform experience in Azure/AWS/GCP.
- Good team mate, good interpersonal skills.
- Openminded and willing to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master or PhD in Computer Science or other scientific field
- GitHub projects portfolio
