Job Title: Front-End Developer (All Levels) | For Pooling

Location: Accenture Malaysia & Client Office

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are building a talent pool of skilled Front-End Developers to support various projects across different industries. Ideal candidates should have expertise in modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX principles. Applicants will be considered for multiple opportunities and may be reprofiled to other open positions that align with their skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front-End Development & Implementation:

• Develop user-friendly, responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into functional interfaces.

• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.

• Implement best coding practices and maintain clean, reusable code.

2. JavaScript Frameworks & Libraries:

• Work with modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, and Vue.js.

• Utilize state management libraries like Redux, Vuex, or Context API.

• Implement component-based architecture for scalability and maintainability.

3. UI/UX Optimization & Design:

• Ensure applications follow user-centered design principles.

• Work closely with designers to enhance the user experience.

• Implement animations and interactive elements using CSS and JavaScript.

4. API Integration & Back-End Collaboration:

• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

• Work alongside back-end developers to ensure seamless data communication.

• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

5. Performance Optimization & Testing:

• Optimize code for faster load times and better responsiveness.

• Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.

• Write unit tests using Jest, Mocha, or other testing frameworks.

6. Version Control & CI/CD:

• Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration.

• Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

• Ensure code quality through pull requests and peer reviews.

7. Agile Development & Team Collaboration:

• Participate in Agile development processes such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers.

• Adapt to evolving project requirements and contribute innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 2-10+ years of front-end development experience (varies by role level).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.

• Frameworks & Tools: Strong knowledge of React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar technologies.

• API Experience: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

• Performance Optimization: Experience in improving website performance and accessibility.

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Front-End Developer (React, Angular, or Vue.js certifications preferred).

• UI/UX certifications or courses are a plus.
