Job Description: 

We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities will contribute to the success of our practice. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Patient Reception: Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive. 

Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments, optimizing the daily schedule for both efficiency and patient satisfaction. 

Check-In/Check-Out: Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying insurance information and processing payments accurately. 

Patient Communication: Handle phone inquiries, emails, and in-person requests professionally and courteously, addressing patient questions and concerns effectively. 

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations. 

Insurance Coordination: Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and provide clear explanations of benefits to patients. 

Community Engagement: Support our community service initiatives and explore opportunities for charitable involvement. 

Qualifications: 

Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred. 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. 

Proficiency in using dental software and computer systems. 

Compassion and a genuine desire to assist patients in their dental care journey. Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5:00pm, and Fridays 7:30 am - 12:00pm.  (No Weekends)

Hourly Rate:  Starting $22.00 - up   (based on experience).
