If you have a passion for hospitality, leadership, and delivering exceptional guest service, we want you to join our team! As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in the daily operations of the Front Office. You will support the Front Office by supervising the front desk team, ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Your responsibilities will include:- Greet all guests according to StepStone and hotel standards, anticipating guest needs and providing personalized service.
- Supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk, ensuring efficient and accurate guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Lead, coach, and motivate Guest Service Agents to deliver exceptional hospitality and exceed guest expectations.
- Handle guest concerns, service recovery opportunities, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor room inventory, room assignments, and coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to maximize operational efficiency.
- Assist with scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance coaching of Front Office associates.
- Ensure compliance with hotel cash handling procedures, audit requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor lobby appearance and guest flow to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
- Assist with VIP arrivals, group arrivals, and special events requiring Front Office coordination.
- Ensure all guests receive recognition through Marriott Bonvoy standards and brand service initiatives.
- Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties while maintaining accurate documentation and shift pass-on logs.
- Promote teamwork and positive communication between all hotel departments.
- Practice and observe all safety and security procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of Front Office, Guest Services, or hotel operations experience required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a hotel Front Office preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent guest service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience using hotel Property Management Systems (Lighstspeed or similar systems preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, cash handling procedures, and guest service standards.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality education is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
