In addition, there is an internal customer base as well (the employees). JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Customer Service at its best! Greet visitors, employees, contractors, and guests with astounding professionalism and the right mix of energy
- Manage the logistics of guest and client arrivals to include managing people, entry security clearance, and the guest book
- Answer incoming calls, take messages
- Sort incoming mail/distribute
- Prepare outgoing packages/log incoming packages from carriers to include UPS & Federal express
- Sales tasks to include order entry, confirming spots for clients, and other local & national sales tasks
- News tasks may include retrieving logged information for the investigative unit
- Other clerical duties to support the daily operation of the station as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS & NEEDED SKILLS:
- A degree in Business or comparable experience
- Maintain 100% professionalism at all times
- One year experience in a robust high volume setting to include lobby management, clerical, and/or admin role preferably in Sales, Marketing or Media
- Energetic & Assertive with comfort in saying "No or Wait" when applicable
- Sound Judgement & Decision-making skills
- Fluency in English
- Exceptional Interpersonal communication skills to include superb written skills
- Must possess a high level of professionalism, discernment, and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multitask & work extremely well with others as this role is often the point of first impression
- The ability to embrace the fluidness of the workplace, prioritize tasks, and exhibit team player attributes
- Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment
