Position Overview:
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests, managing incoming communications, and supporting the RV Sales Team’s operations through a variety of tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Provide general information and route inquiries to appropriate departments
Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Software
A team player with a positive attitude, personable, and motivated
Ability to multitask and adapt to various responsibilities
Prior experience as a receptionist, administrative, or dealership setting is a plus (but not required)
