⭐ Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Barcelona! You’ll be the friendly face that greets visitors, keeps our office running smoothly, and adds that special touch to our workspace.

⭐ How will you make an impact?
- Be the face of Lodgify - greet visitors and support employees with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Work from Monday through Friday from 9h to 18h.
- Serve as the main administrative point of contact and key information source for clients, internal and external stakeholders, leadership teams, and associates.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, handling emails, and directing inquiries.
- Oversee office administration tasks such as mail handling, scheduling meetings, and ordering office supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception and common areas.
- Coordinate with the HR Team to ensure the office remains a great place to work.
⭐ What makes you a great fit?
- 2+ years of experience in Receptionist or Office Assistant roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A friendly, professional, and proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and find solutions to challenges efficiently
