Now Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist
💰 $20–$23/hr (DOE) | 🕒 Full-Time
Napa Post Acute is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! This role is the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, helping create a warm and welcoming environment while supporting the daily operations of the facility.
In addition to front desk responsibilities, this position will also assist with ordering and organizing nursing supplies, helping ensure our clinical team has what they need to provide excellent care.

What You’ll DoGreet residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Take accurate messages and assist with general inquiries
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front lobby area
Assist with ordering, receiving, and organizing nursing supplies
Support administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
Help coordinate communication between departments
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, phone systems)
Healthcare, receptionist, or administrative experience is a plus
Competitive pay $20–$23/hr depending on experience
