The Joint Chiropractic
Pay: $15hr + Performance Bonuses
We’re looking for a dependable, friendly, sales-focused team member to welcome patients, explain memberships and packages, and manage daily front desk operations.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients and manage check-ins, phone calls, and payments.
Explain membership and package options and confidently help patients enroll.
Work toward clinic sales and patient conversion goals.
Complete patient agreements, account notes, and daily reports accurately.
Keep the clinic clean, organized, and stocked.
Work independently while coordinating with the doctor to keep patient flow running smoothly.
Qualifications
Customer service experience; sales experience preferred.
Confidence discussing pricing and asking for the sale.
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Comfort using computers and learning new systems.
Ability to manage front desk responsibilities without constant supervision.
Consistent availability to work every Sunday.
