As a Front Desk/Client Experience Specialist, you’ll serve as the hub of our office, creating a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees. From coordinating front-desk operations and supporting multiple departments to tracking critical documentation and ensuring day-to-day office functions run smoothly, you’ll play an important role in keeping our team connected and productive.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized under pressure, and follows through on the details that keep business moving forward. This role includes front-desk administration, shipping and receiving support, office coordination, and consistent follow-up to ensure information is complete and accurate.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and employees while creating a positive first impression
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls professionally
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, receiving, and deliveries
- Maintain reception, boardrooms, and shared spaces to ensure they remain organized, stocked, and welcoming
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Support filing, printing, scanning, photocopying, and general administrative functions
- Assist various departments with administrative and operational support
- Complete general errands and other office-related tasks as required
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, customer service, or client-facing role
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work Monday to Friday
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime as required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Work, and Excel
- Strong computer, data entry, and keyboarding skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Local to Central Alberta or willing to relocate

- Post-secondary education in Administration, Business, or a related field
