Serves as the office’s front-desk hub, welcoming visitors and handling calls, mail, shipping, receiving, deliveries, supplies, shared spaces, filing, and general administrative support. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, data-entry skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A valid Class 5 driver’s license, reliable transportation, English fluency, Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability for at least 40 hours weekly are required.

Build and deploy practical AI applications and automations, assess workflows, prototype solutions, test reliability and security, document tools, and train employees. The role supports Microsoft Copilot adoption, monitors implemented solutions, evaluates emerging AI tools, and collaborates with IT and external consultants to improve operational efficiency.

The Safety Coordinator builds relationships with manufacturing and construction crews, coaches safe work practices, conducts inspections and incident investigations, and follows corrective actions through resolution. The role delivers safety training, applies Alberta occupational health and safety requirements, analyzes safety trends, supports audits and policy development, and guides junior safety staff. It requires floor presence, strong communication, critical thinking, documentation skills, physical capability, and flexibility for overtime and occasional Saturdays.

Lead daily site operations across multiple projects: coordinate trades, manage schedules, handle suppliers and deliveries, ensure safety and quality, read drawings, keep documentation, communicate with project managers and owners, resolve issues, and support after-hours or travel as required.
