Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on precast concrete plant equipment. Support installations, welding/fabrication, inspections, and on-call rotations to minimize downtime and keep production running safely.

Lead daily site operations across multiple projects: coordinate trades, manage schedules, handle suppliers and deliveries, ensure safety and quality, read drawings, keep documentation, communicate with project managers and owners, resolve issues, and support after-hours or travel as required.
