We are looking for a  Part-Time, Temporary Front Desk Associate (or as we call it, a WOW Coordinator) to join our team at DLP Capital Headquarters! A WOW Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and guests at our esteemed location which houses diverse commercial tenants. This position will be a part-time, temporary position (6+ months). 

This role is crucial in creating a positive and professional atmosphere, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for everyone entering the premises.

About the Role: 

  • Location:  DLP Capital - 405 Golfway W Drive, St Augustine, FL 32095
  • Compensation:  $18.00 - $23.00 Hourly, dependent on experience 
  • Position Type: Part-time, In office, 8:15 AM -5:00 PM, Temporary - 6+ months

What you have already achieved: (Requirements) 

  • Welcome working in and thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to lift 20-25 pounds
  • Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience
  • Leasing or Property Management experience is a plus
  • Basic computer literacy skills and talent for technology
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Polite, friendly, and self-assured attitude
  • Skills in multitasking and good time management
  • AppFolio experience a plus

What you are great at: (Responsibilities)

  • Oversee deliveries to the lobby/mailroom area. 
  • Assist in answering all incoming phone calls by the second ring.
  •  Ability to listen actively and handle emotional residents with professionalism. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, and complaints ensuring all submissions are logged in the property management software.
  • Manage building key fobs  (issue/track/log/ collect/ replacement).
  • Keep the front lobby neat and professional-looking at all times.
  • Process important queries and manage customer expectations in a polite and friendly manner. Ability to listen actively and handle emotional residents with professionalism. 
  • Accomplish office tasks and follow up through to completion.
  • Serve as a backup to the other Executive and Administrative assistants.
  • Serve as the first person that visitors and callers to the St. Augustine's office interacts with, representing DLP in a professional and kind way.
  • Greet and Check-in DLP guests/visitors.
  • Be part of the Office Administration team responsible for maintaining a professional and pleasant office environment, including ordering supplies, managing vendor relations, keeping an eye out for improvements, etc.
  • Be part of the Sunshine team and attend all meetings. 
  • Deliver a WOW Service to customers, clients, visitors, and team members, maintaining a professional environment.
  • Act as a WOW concierge to our investors for their vacation rental reservations. Providing additional local area information for their stays.
  • Other duties as assigned.
