Aviva is currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate for a 4pm-midnight schedule, working Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:
- Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out.
- Monitor and operate electronic security control systems to ensure a safe and secure environment across the campus.
- Accurately maintain daily logs, records and forms.
- Monitor Emergency Response System.
- Respond to emergency situations in a calm, timely, and efficient manner.
- Monitor and control access to the building.
- Resolve and follow-up on all complaints/issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Educational/Professional Qualifications:
- High School diploma/equivalent required.
- College-level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
- Two to three years of business experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Able to work independently and without direct supervision.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Multilingual candidates preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed-oriented and able to multitask.
- Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.
- Command of information system hardware/software preferred.
- Able to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirement.
