The Dartmouth Group, an Associa company, is currently hiring a Front Desk Administrative Assistant for its HOA community in Mashpee, MA.


The Front Desk Administrative Assistant is an essential role and key position for the success of our dynamic community. The Front Desk Administrative Assistant contributes to the efficiency, organization, and overall happiness of our homeowners, board members, and fellow staff members.  We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative support to our community and management team.


Daily responsibilities:

  • Meet, greet, and welcome, homeowners, visitors, contractors, and venders. 
  • Research and respond to inquiries in-person, by phone, and email.
  • Type and format correspondence.
  • Maintain community data in the database and Excel spreadsheet. Data enter and update accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with documentation to support community management.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to optimize the team’s productivity.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Other projects as requested.


Hourly pay rate: $27-$32.

Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required. 
  • 2+ years of experience providing front office, admin support, office assistants, and customer service.
  • Proactive communication style with excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet time sensitive deadlines.
  • Solutions driven and team oriented.
  • Well-versed in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
