The Front Business Manager Intermediaries Monaco drives strategic initiatives and operational excellence within the segment, combining business management, process leadership and governance. The role ensures effective rollout of transformation projects, strengthens front-office performance, and supports risk & compliance frameworks in close cooperation with European segment leadership.YOUR CHALLENGEBUSINESS Management
- Drive and deliver strategic projects and change management initiatives for Intermediaries business Monaco, driving innovation, efficiency, and scalable growth.
- Ensure visibility of “change” on different levels (i.e., Management, RM and ARM)
- Ensures transparency for any activities (global and/ or branch initiatives) that have impact on clients and/ or Front units.
- Ensure an effective business/ segment management to support local Intermediaries business head with management and implementation of global & location specific initiatives.
- Act as a key governance partner to the Head of Segment Management Intermediaries Europe, supporting budget planning, KPI tracking, steering committees, and cross-functional workstreams.
- Own and advance the local rollout of the firm’s transformation and digitisation agenda, ensuring transparency and adoption across front teams and management.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on the B2B proposition and Intermediaries business processes, advising on enhancements and operational design.
- Coordinate closely with enabling functions—including Markets, IT, Operations, and Marketing—to ensure seamless service delivery and technical feasibility.
- Continuously improve operational performance—by increasing Straight-Through Processing (STP) rates and resolving recurring pain points—and escalate structural challenges when necessary.
- Maintain the Intermediaries Knowledge Board to promote consistency and accessibility of key processes and guidance.
Risk Management
- Support in maintaining a sound control environment by assisting in periodic reviews, including the annual Intermediaries Risk Rating assessment.
- Liaise with Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit as needed, ensuring timely responses to requests and adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in private banking and-or the Intermediaries business segment.
