This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our FreshService platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data security and a passion for optimizing internal processes.
Objectives of this Role
· Maintain and enhance the security and integrity of our FreshService environment.
· Ensure accurate and timely access control for internal users and customers.
· Contribute to the development and improvement of FreshService administration best practices.
· Support the testing and implementation of new features and functionalities within FreshService.

Create, update, and deactivate user accounts within FreshService.
Assign appropriate permissions and roles to users based on their job functions and security requirements.
Ensure data privacy and security by adhering to strict access control protocols.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues within FreshService.
Assist in the resolution of user access issues and technical problems.
Proactively identify and address potential security risks.
Participate in the testing and implementation of new FreshService features and functionalities.
Assist in the development and documentation of system changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the FreshService platform.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong understanding of data security principles and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with FreshService or similar service desk software (preferred but not required).
