Job Description:
The Product Engineer will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to support and own product discovery, requirement collection, requirement analysis, usability testing, benchmark analysis, and product documentation.
The role will also be involved in integration projects and may require visiting customers when needed to better understand their needs and collect feedback.
Main responsibilities include:
Work with Product and Engineering teams on product discovery.
Collect, analyze, and document business and product requirements.
Support usability testing and summarize user feedback.
Conduct benchmark analysis for similar products and market solutions.
Support and own integration projects with internal and external teams.
Visit customers when required to understand their needs and pain points.
Help prepare user stories, product documentation, and acceptance criteria.
Use AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, and documentation.
Support the team in testing ideas, validating solutions, and improving user experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
0–1 years of experience.
Must be very good using AI tools.
Able to build AI agents.
Proficient in vibe coding.
Good analytical thinking skills.
Good documentation skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work with both product and engineering teams.
Eager to learn and grow in product management, software engineering, and AI.
