ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The role integrates within QA, ensuring high product quality, smooth operations, and overall organizational functions.
• Work as Engineer and assist team leader in Manufacturing Quality Engineer to drive the activities to meet overall product quality requirement.
• Analyze quality performance utilizing using statistical and analytical tools and methods.
• Improve and deliver high-quality of new product. Work in the initiative digitalization projects such as 4IR & AI.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or related field.
• Experience in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, SQL, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Minitab.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Attend Daily Core team meeting & NPI build meetings & Data package review meetings.

PREFERRED:

• Several months or 1 year of intern experience in electrical component company or electronics industry.
• Experiences with semiconductor manufacturing, semiconductor Process Engineering, quality engineering, or electrical devices/ICs design engineering.
• Good command on English & Communication skills to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with data visualization tools.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
