Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Manage production support engineering for specific products or product families after transfer from design to high-volume manufacturing.
  • Interface with design, process, test, and reliability engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Sustain and improve existing products through cost reduction initiatives and yield enhancement.
  • Define correct test conditions and develop test flows to meet volume production testing requirements for advanced memory devices.
  • Plan and execute product evaluation and design of experiments (DOE) focused on reliability, DPPM reduction, and die sort yield improvement.
  • Perform test time analysis to optimize test methods for cost efficiency while maintaining strict quality standards.
  • Develop and implement test strategies to enable rapid ramp-up of new products into high-volume manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with global new product definition teams and lead assigned projects to support the successful introduction of new products to market.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in semiconductor testing and/or product engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of CMOS and electronic circuits; experience with Flash Memories (NAND or NOR) is preferred.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.

PREFERRED:

  • Solid understanding of Non-Volatile Memory testing methods, failure mechanisms, and Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) techniques.
  • Skilled in problem-solving methodologies, including FMEA, DMAIC, 8D, and Lean principles.
  • Experience with statistical tools and techniques such as SPC, SBL, and SYL.
  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, C++, and Java.

  • Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, C++, and Java.
