- Gain in-depth understanding of fintech customer acquisition models, continuously iterate overseas user growth strategies, and utilize a comprehensive approach to achieve growth goals.
- Be familiar with internet operations, exponential growth strategies, and new customer acquisition strategies. Understand the conversion logic of mainstream channels in overseas markets and collaborate with the front-end customer acquisition team to design and implement channel growth plans.
- Be responsible for channel traffic conversion. Integrate channel user profiles and provide optimization strategies through data analysis to identify business growth opportunities and improve the overall conversion rate of new customer traffic.
Requirements
- English and Chinese are used as working languages;
- Bachelor's degree or higher, stock investment experience preferred;
- Overseas study/work experience and familiarity with European and American markets preferred;
- Data-savvy, proficient in data modeling and analysis, able to use methods such as attribution analysis to identify existing problems and propose effective solutions.
- Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
