Summary:


We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented French Content Specialist to join the Experience Content Team in Dublin, Ireland. 

As a French Content Specialist, you will play a key role in creating and localising content that inspires and excites our customers in French-speaking markets. Your primary responsibilities will include producing engaging content for new experiences, creating impactful email campaigns, and improving communication across our booking platforms. 

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, Product Owners, designers, CRM, and tech, to execute a dynamic content strategy. The role also involves working with content automation tools and actively supporting efforts to enhance content operations processes. 

 

This is an evolving role, perfect for someone who thrives in an agile environment, embraces change with enthusiasm, and values collaboration. 

  

Responsibilities:


  • Content Creation & Localisation: 
  • Write, localise, and edit engaging content for new experiences, ensuring it resonates with French-speaking customers. 
  • Develop inspiring, on-brand email content to drive engagement and conversions. 
  • Localise and optimise beneficiary platform communication to improve the user experience for French markets. 
  • Visual Content Selection: 
  • Select and approve high-quality images that showcase the essence of experiences, aligning with brand standards. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Content Managers, eCommerce, and CRM to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content operations by collaborating with designers, tech teams, and other stakeholders. 
  • Process Optimisation & Automation: 
  • Leverage content automation tools to streamline workflows and improve content production processes. 
  • Provide recommendations and support for enhancing operational efficiencies in content management. 

 

Essential Competencies/Skills:


  • Language & Writing Expertise: 
  • Exceptional French writing skills to a native standard, with the ability to create compelling, error-free content. 
  • Proficiency in English to facilitate collaboration within a diverse team. 
  • Experience & Tools: 
  • At least 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in online or eCommerce environments. 
  • Familiarity with content automation tools and platforms is a strong advantage. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools. 
  • Creativity & Attention to Detail: 
  • A creative mindset with a strong ability to transform concepts into engaging content. 
  • Superior attention to detail, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards. 
  • Collaboration & Agility: 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. 
  • A proactive attitude and adaptability to thrive in an agile, evolving environment.
