About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.Sobre el puesto:
El Steward apoya a nuestros establecimientos de alimentos y bebidas al proporcionar un servicio galardonado a través de la atención al detalle, asegurando el más alto nivel de limpieza. Este puesto forma parte del departamento de Alimentos y Bebidas y reporta al Chef Ejecutivo.
Lo que harás:
- Limpiar y desinfectar la vajilla, cristalería y cubiertos utilizando una máquina lavaplatos.
- Mantener la limpieza de todos los equipos principales de la cocina, las instalaciones culinarias y de alimentos y bebidas.
- Limpiar y desinfectar todas las ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina.
- Llevar a cabo el programa de pulido de plata.
- Utilizar y manejar los suministros y productos de limpieza de manera segura.
