The Role

The Role:

We are seeking a freelance Video Editor (full time hours preferred, though part-time considerd) to support our CEO with her personal brand ventures at a busy time.

The Lazy CEO is the personal brand of Australian fashion ecommerce business owner Jane Lu and we require a creative video editor to support the editing of content directly related to social media - namely Instagram and Tiktok.

Depending on skill level there may also be an opportunity for this role to grow to other content styles, though we are looking for a sense of creativity as well as the ability to cut and shape highly engaging video content!

Please note there is a task as part of the recruitment process to assess your style of editing!

Day to day, you will

Work directly with the Senior Social Media and Brand Specialist of The Lazy CEO in editing and perfecting social media content
Offer creative ideas where required, use refs and content provided to cut and shape engaging social media content
Be a skillful user of video editing tools/software
Have the ability to receive feedback and tailor content

Who are we looking for?

Prior experience editing video content for social media
Prior experience using various video editing tools and software
A creative & can-do disposition
