The job

Flo is launching @floespanol across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms — and we’re looking for someone to lead the charge. You’ll be both the creator and community builder: filming and localizing content, managing engagement, spotting trends, and shaping Flo’s voice in LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create & Publish: Film, edit, and post content tailored for TikTok, IG, and other platforms to grow Flo’s LATAM presence.
  • Localize & Educate: Translate complex health and wellness topics into short, engaging, culturally relevant content.
  • Manage Community: Moderate comments, reply to users, and join conversations that matter to our audience.
  • Spot & Act on Trends: Identify cultural moments early and turn them into impactful storytelling for Flo.
  • Plan & Align: Work with Flo’s global teams to build a content calendar aligned with brand and product goals.
  • Measure & Optimize: Track results, learn what works, and refine content strategy for growth.

Profile We’re Looking For
  • Native/Fluent Spanish speaker, based in LATAM.
  • Proven record of growing social accounts (TikTok/IG) and creating viral, engaging content.
  • Strong on-camera presence, confident self-filming, quick to react to trends.
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z internet culture (US & LATAM).
  • Experience managing communities: moderating, responding, building engagement.
  • Comfortable managing collaborations and production workflows when needed.
  • A network of freelance editors, videographers, or creative collaborators is a plus.
  • Background in health & wellness content is a strong advantage.
  • Independent, proactive, thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Contract Details
  • Freelance, part time hours, 3 months required. Likely to be extended.
  • Remote, LATAM based
  • Compensation based on experience and project scope.
  • Applications and CVs should be submitted in English, as this is the working language for the team.
