TASKS
Design in the browser with no-code tools like Lovable, Framer, Webflow, etc.
Create scalable design systems, visual languages, and modern, intuitive user experiences for client projects and our own products — it just makes sense so much, it's invisible
Design high-converting interfaces for eCommerce, SaaS, marketplaces, MVPs, mobile apps, and anything in between
Own the full design lifecycle: research → wireframes → high-fidelity → handoff → testing → iteration
REQUIREMENTS
Must-have:
You're a no-code expert who designs in the browser with Lovable, Framer, Webflow, etc.
You ship fast without micromanagement
You don't need things explained 2-3 times
You figure shit out
You see opportunity where others see risk
You treat every design like it's your own company
Nice-to-have:
Full stack development skills
Strong Figma game, component libraries, design systems
AI-driven design tools experience
Marketplace or SaaS experience
Not for you if:

What We Do
Parcero is a digital transformation agency offering UX/UI design, web and app development, AI automation, smart integrations, and conversion optimization to help businesses improve operations and revenue. It is also building a no-fee, blockchain-verified exchange platform for trading services, goods, and equity, alongside a peer-to-peer unschooling initiative focused on practical skills not taught in conventional schools. Together, these initiatives aim to disrupt conventional approaches to business, exchange, and education.
