Are you passionate about building impactful leadership development ecosystems that drive business performance?
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Leadership Development Partner (f/m/d) to design and scale innovative leadership programs that empower managers and leaders across the organization.

In this role, you will translate business strategy and company values into practical leadership frameworks, tools, and development experiences that elevate leadership effectiveness at every level.

Qualifications

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a Leadership Competencies Framework aligned with business strategy and organizational goals
  • Develop and manage 360° Leadership Behavior Assessments to generate actionable development insights
  • Create and maintain a Manager Enablers Playbook supporting day-to-day leadership excellence
  • Design, pilot, and scale leadership development programs, including: Newly Promoted Manager ProgramsManager Fundamentals TrainingEnd-to-End Leadership Development Journeys
  • Integrate existing tools and platforms into leadership and talent development practices
  • Translate company values and leadership principles into practical frameworks, behaviors, and development tools
  • Design and deliver Intercultural Awareness Programs to foster effective cross-country collaboration
  • Leverage coaching platforms such as Sharpist to expand leadership coaching opportunities
  • Use data, feedback, and performance insights to continuously optimize leadership programs
  • Manage projects end-to-end: from concept and design through pilot, evaluation, and organizational rollout
  • Support additional Learning & Talent Management initiatives as needed

 

Your Profile

  • Business-minded HR or Talent Development professional with a strong impact orientation
  • Degree in Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, HR, or related field
  • Proven track record designing and scaling leadership development systems in entrepreneurial or fast-paced environments
  • Deep expertise in adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles
  • Strong experience managing complex leadership development programs
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into compelling insights and recommendations
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve program efficiency, scalability, and participant experience
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong ability to translate organizational values and principles into practical leadership behaviors
  • Fluent in English and French or German
