Content Creator and Organic Social Media Strategist  

We are seeking a Content Creator & Organic Social Strategist to grow our brand presence across key organic channels. This role will focus on building brand visibility, sparking conversations, and helping us to position us as thought leaders in social media management space.  Contract will be for 20 hours a week between May-Aug 2026.

What you’ll do: 

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit and TikTok on a regular basis  

• Build and manage a consistent content calendar  

• Turn ideas, trends, and insights into strong and relevant posts 

• Engage with a relevant audience and help build a community  

• Spot trends and conversations where ICUC should show up 

• Thorough competitor analysis from time to time to identify gaps and monitor market shifts  

• Work with the marketing team to ensure messaging consistency  

What we’re looking for  

• Experience creating content and running successful organic social media campaigns  

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit and TikTok 

• Ability to write and design social media posts for the key platforms 

• Someone who can think strategically and execute content independently 

• Knows how to engage in online communities and conversations  

• Experience in a B2B is a plus

The hourly rate range for this position is $65.00-$100.00 CAD/USD. Actual hourly rate within range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
