Compose.ly is looking for a freelancer with SEO content experience to create SEO-rich briefs for content writers. You'll be working 100 hours per month, crafting detailed briefs that guide writers in producing content optimized for search engines, based on keyword research provided.
In this fully remote position, you will play a key role in helping clients from diverse industries (e.g., marketing, insurance, software, skincare, travel) to execute their content marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze keyword research and topic provided.
- Build SEO content briefs that outline primary and secondary keywords, related terms, and clear instructions for content writers to follow, based on the provided Compose.ly template.
- Ensure that briefs align with the client's brand, tone, and content goals.
- Collaborate with the SEO team and clients to refine and adjust content briefs as needed.
Requirements
- At least 100 hours of availability per month (approximately 25 hours per week).
- Proven experience in SEO content marketing, including the creation of briefs for writers based on keyword research.
- Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Frase.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English grammar and conventions.
- Experience with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Ability to apply feedback and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
