Responsibilities

You will collaborate with our Head of Recruitment and senior recruiters taking responsibility for fulfillment of high volume hiring projects sourcing and acquiring highly qualified freelancers. The challenge is ambitious, and your precise, well-coordinated work will enable us to launch new AI training projects. 

We’re seeking to collaborate with people on a freelance basis, full-time and part-time, but we do see the role as a longer-term engagement.

Requirements

• Experienced in talent acquisition
• Skilled in recruitment planning 
• High level of independence
• Excellent English 
• Very good communication skills - experience and able to screen and attract candidates and delivering value propositions
