Responsibilities
You will report to the Head of Mass Recruitment and be responsible for filling 3-5 vacancies. The tasks are highly ambitious, and your clear and well-coordinated work will enable us to launch new projects successfully. For example, our company needs to recruit several hundred freelance AI tutors in a new country. You should identify the most effective recruitment sources and set the appropriate KPIs for your team to ensure timely closing position.
We’re seeking to collaborate with people on a freelance basis only, but we do see this role as being a long term cooperation.
Requirements
- Experienced in talent acquisition

- Proficient in working with hiring funnel metrics
