Responsibilities
- Mass recruitment: CV screening, written communication with candidates in English, conducting interviews with relevant candidates.
- Maintaining an Applicant Tracking System as a part of working with your candidates.
- Have experience in recruitment
- Attention to detail, ability to work with a large amount of data, multitasking.
- Customer orientation, excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in English sufficient for verbal communication is required
- Readiness for routine work in a rapidly changing startup environment.
- Take part in a part-time, remote, freelance project that respects your primary professional or academic commitments.
- Experience in the trending field of Artificial Intelligence, an opportunity to make a personal contribution to the AI development.
