3+ years of experience in paid social advertising and creative development 

Transform ad creativity into measurable results

As a Paid Social Creative Specialist, you’ll harness your flair for persuasive storytelling to produce high-performing ads that resonate with audiences across paid social platforms like Meta and TikTok. This role puts you in the driver’s seat of Loop’s customer acquisition journey, allowing you to shape campaigns that boost engagement and revenue. Combining analytics with creative genius to push boundaries, you’ll help Loop reach its ambitious growth goals.

Lead innovation with high-converting ad campaigns

Your main objective is to captivate audiences and drive conversions profitably by developing original ideas, iterations and A/B test concepts for ad campaigns. You’ll closely collaborate with our creative production teams to bring your vision to life and ensure that all ad campaigns align with Loop’s marketing objectives. From crafting platform-specific ads to uncovering audience insights, you’ll make data-driven decisions that drive measurable success. 

Your other responsibilities:

  • Ideate and brief performance-focused ads to creative production teams.
  • Oversee the creative production process and ensure timely and precise delivery of assets.
  • Analyze trends and audience behavior to build innovative ad campaigns.
  • Always be on the lookout for new ad formats, hooks, scripts and angles.

How you’ll succeed as a Paid Social Creative Specialist

Your ability to blend creativity with analytics is what sets you apart. By staying plugged into social advertising trends, you’ll craft content that speaks directly to Loop’s audience while meeting ambitious ROAS targets. Strong communication will help you collaborate seamlessly with key stakeholders. You’ll need a balance of strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to bring your ideas to life effectively.

These key competences will set you up for success:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid social advertising, preferably with a strong focus on e-commerce.
  • Expertise in creating high-converting ads for paid social with a portfolio of relevant work.
  • A solid understanding of platform specific creative best practices.
  • A solid understanding of copywriting principles and persuasive messaging.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, data-driven creative thinking, and audience targeting.
  • Proficiency in paid social tools like Facebook Ad Manager, Klar, Atria and Motion.
  • Exceptional project management skills to ensure high quality and timely delivery of creative assets.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills – you will be working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
