What you will be doing
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work closely with our teams based worldwide. For this role, you will be responsible for the entire mission execution cycle of the Company’s designated area, handling fieldworks, pilots and more. The goal is the successful, timely and cost-effective execution of the local projects. Your daily tasks will involve:
- Recruit, train and certify a sufficient and adequate number of active Evaluators from our internal database for specific proojects (by emails/phone calls)
- Manage the timely assignment and execution of the missions as per company standards, specific client requirements and project schedule/deadline.
- Coordinate and report project status to the Operations Manager or the Operations Team Lead.
Requirements
What you will bring along
This role requires strong interest and experience in project coordination and community management. You should also have the below:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Microsoft Office skills required.
- Excellent abilities in organizing and coordinating project activities.
- Positive and outgoing personality.
- Being resourceful, proactive, and having a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation in managing tasks and projects
- Time management and planning/scheduling.
- Interpersonal skills- strong Customer-service orientation.
- Knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and German required.

As the needs of our clients evolved, however, and the needs of our business developed, we recognized that this approach was not as effective as it once had been. We recognized something needed to change. And so CXG was born.
