Freelance Designer

We’re seeking UX/UI Designer to join our team and support website, landing page, and digital experience projects for B2B and technology-focused clients.
Key Details

• Contract Type: Freelance, per hour
• Work Schedule: Part-time (up to 40–60 hours/month)
• Location: LATAM-based
• Modality: Remote

• UX/UI & Web Design: Design responsive, user-centered B2B websites, landing pages, and campaign experiences focused on usability, clear communication, lead generation, and conversion.
• Wireframing, Prototyping & Design Systems: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, reusable components, and scalable design systems in Figma.
• AI-Enhanced Design: Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, asset creation, iteration, and design system development, improving both speed and output quality.
• Conversion & Marketing Design: Apply UX, CRO, and digital marketing principles to page structure, hierarchy, CTAs, forms, navigation, and complementary campaign assets.
• Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with strategists, developers, account managers, and marketing teams, including clear developer handoff and QA of implemented designs.

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI, web design, or digital product design, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating websites, landing pages, responsive design, and conversion-focused digital experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience using AI tools within design workflows to improve speed, creative exploration, production, and quality.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, responsive design, information architecture, usability, CRO, and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate effectively with marketing and development teams.

• Experience creating or scaling AI-assisted design systems, component libraries, or reusable design workflows.
• Experience with tools such as Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Framer AI, Relume, or similar.
• Experience working with B2B or technology companies.
• Previous experience in a digital marketing, creative, or web agency.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, HTML/CSS, analytics, heatmaps, or A/B testing.
