Responsibilities
Support with:
- Labor market research & analysis
- Benefits administration
- Ad-hoc reports/calculation
- Knowledge base updates
Requirements
- Experience in compensation, benefits, or a related role.
- Proficiency in MS office (especially Excel) and Google docs
- Knowledge of market trends in compensation and benefits.
- English language level preferably B2 and above
