Job Summary

As the Freedom Integrated Marketing Senior Associate, you will support the planning, development, launch, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns for Freedom cardmembers. You will translate strategic priorities into clear briefs, requirements, timelines, and channel plans; coordinate with creative, execution, product, analytics, legal, and controls partners; and help ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. You will also monitor performance, identify learnings, and recommend improvements that enhance customer experiences and business results.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, launch, and management of integrated marketing campaigns that drive Freedom cardmember engagement, retention, and portfolio growth.

  • Translate portfolio and marketing strategies into clear campaign briefs, business requirements, timelines, channel plans, QA plans, and launch checklists.

  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery across email and other relevant channels, from initial briefing and creative development through approvals, launch, and post-launch review.

  • Partner with Product, Analytics, Finance, Creative, Operations and Technology, Legal, Controls, and channel teams to manage inputs, dependencies, risks, and execution.

  • Guide the development of customer messaging and creative by providing clear direction, consolidating feedback, and ensuring assets are accurate, relevant, and launch-ready.

  • Maintain campaign roadmaps, workback plans, trackers, and status updates while managing multiple initiatives and competing priorities.

  • Support the development and execution of test-and-learn plans to improve messaging, customer experiences, channel performance, and campaign outcomes.

  • Monitor campaign and customer performance metrics; synthesize results, key learnings, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Turn data and customer insights into actionable recommendations for future campaigns and engagement strategies.

  • Prepare concise updates, performance summaries, and recommendations for team leaders and cross-functional partners.

  • Ensure campaign materials and processes align with brand standards, portfolio strategy, control requirements, and business objectives.

  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, strengthen coordination, and scale best practices across Freedom marketing.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, customer or lifecycle marketing, campaign management, brand management, or a related discipline.

  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional work and drive outcomes in a matrixed organization.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop concise briefs, requirements, and leadership-ready updates.

  • Customer-focused and results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to interpret campaign performance and translate insights into practical recommendations.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience in financial services, credit card marketing, consumer portfolio marketing, or another regulated industry.

  • Experience executing email marketing and familiarity with additional channels such as in-app, web, or direct mail.

  • Background partnering with internal creative teams or agencies and managing creative development workflows.

  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle strategies, including engagement, retention, personalization, and journey planning.

  • Experience applying test-and-learn methodologies and using performance results to optimize marketing programs.
