Fraud Risk Management Analyst II

As a Fraud Risk Management Analyst II, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding our clients and consumers by proactively identifying and responding to potential fraud. You’ll be on the front lines of defense—analyzing alerts, securing accounts, and helping prevent financial loss—while collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Act as a fraud prevention champion by monitoring real-time alerts and quickly identifying suspicious activity to protect client and consumer accounts

  • Drive immediate impact by securing accounts, initiating outreach, and coordinating next steps that minimize risk and prevent loss

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Fraud Risk Management analysts and partners to escalate complex cases and refine investigation strategies

  • Enhance the customer and partner experience through clear, timely communication and thoughtful resolution of fraud-related inquiries

  • Uncover patterns and trends by analyzing alert data to help shape proactive fraud mitigation strategies and influence future controls

  • Help shape the future of fraud prevention by contributing to new alert criteria, AI-driven rules, and continuous process improvements

  • Abilities: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication skills; proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and technical tools with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial services, fraud prevention, analytics, or a technical/operations role; experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) preferred; familiarity with data mining and business intelligence tools is a plus

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in a quantitative discipline such as finance, economics, statistics, business, information systems, or a related field

  • Location: Bangalore, India
