About your future role
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Acquiring Fraud Products. In this role, you will be at the forefront of protecting merchants and consumers from fraud, while enabling frictionless commerce. You will collaborate across technology, risk, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver cutting-edge fraud prevention capabilities tailored to the acquiring business. This role requires a dynamic, data-driven, and highly collaborative individual that sits at the intersection of risk management, payments, data science, and product development, with a strong focus on protecting merchants and payment systems from fraudulent activity.
Key responsibilities
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for acquiring fraud solutions.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement of Fraud products Europe-wide.
Determine build/buy/partner strategies to implement tools for Fraud detection and Prevention.
Analyze fraud trends, regulatory changes, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and additional product requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, compliance and risk teams to design and implement scalable fraud detection and prevention tools.
Partner with sales and marketing to position fraud products effectively in the market.
Ensure compliance with PSD/3, PCI DSS, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
Monitor product performance and iterate based on data insights and market feedback.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in Product Management, in payments, fintech, or fraud/risk domains. Specific Fraud Management skills highly desirable.
Strong understanding of acquiring business models, fraud typologies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Experience working with machine learning or rule-based fraud detection systems including market leading tools.
Experience in working with and managing partner-delivered tools in the product space.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Some level of project management experience desirable.
Fluent in English; German or Italian is a plus.
