About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Quality Control Director to join the Fraud & Claims Management (FCM) Quality Control team.
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage 140+ staff performing key Quality Control Functions to ensure deliverables are met timely and accurately.

Lead the FCM Claims Assurance Quality Control organization including developing and executing key strategic initiatives. Provide vision, set direction, and implement monitoring routines to ensure the overall risk and control environment remains sustainable.

Drive the strategy for developing and enhancing performance metrics for (i) managing the production of the FCM Quality Control organization, (ii) the performance of business partners involved in the FCM Claims lifecycle, (iii) and operational expenses related to the various operational touchpoints and processes.

Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.

This position will manage teams across the United States and have oversight across the India and Philippines teams and will need to develop and drive the strategy around leading an inclusive environment to ensure everyone feels like they are belonging and contributing.

Partner with internal audit, IT&V, regulators, and other key stakeholders to help coordinate on testing engagements and exams.
Required Qualifications:
-
8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

4+ years of management or leadership experience.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior leaders, regulators, auditors, and other key stakeholders

Ability to think critically, with a forward-looking approach and apply the risk fundamentals to complex scenarios.

Strong track record of transformation, including experience in driving global projects which leads to change across business segments.

Experience managing with data to drive performance, influence decisions, and reduce inefficiency.

Ability to successfully influence and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment.

Ability to build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members and to collaborate with others to identify the best possible solutions.

Familiar with leading and challenging others to improve the organization.

Ability to research, analyze, document, and present organizational metrics that drive business decision.
Job Expectations:

This position will travel quarterly, up to approximately 20% of the time

Hybrid role, 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
