⭐ Join us as a Fraud Analyst to protect our customers by detecting and preventing various types of fraud. You will be part of our newly created specialized Fraud team, focusing on safeguarding Qonto's german market customers from scams and fraudulent activities.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Fraud Analyst at Qonto, you will:

- Monitor and analyze transactions to detect fraud patterns, focusing on scams, phishing attempts, and account takeover activities

- Conduct risk assessments for new products and features while ensuring robust onboarding fraud prevention

- Investigate potential fraud cases and implement preventive measures across financing and payment products

- Collaborate with Risk and Security teams to enhance fraud detection capabilities and align strategies

- Deliver high-quality, timely fraud analysis while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

🤝 About your future manager:

Khadra, our Lead AML/CFT for Germany, will be the one to help you succeed.

Their path: Before joining Qonto, Khadra worked 4 years as a Compliance Officer in Munich. For 4 years, she has helped expand the AML team at Qonto by working in the French & German markets. Since January 2025, she is leading the German Fraud team.

What they can bring to you: Her great knowledge of the company and her expertise in Fraud-related topics. She will listen to your proposals and leave you with complete autonomy, always available to help you achieve the objectives together.

🏅 About You:

- Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in AML, fraud prevention, or financial security

- Analytical mindset: You have strong attention to detail and can identify suspicious patterns in transactions and customer behavior

- Resilience: You can handle the responsibility of protecting customers' financial interests while working efficiently

- Languages: You are fluent in both English and German (required for the German market)

- Adaptability: You can quickly learn and adapt to new fraud patterns and prevention techniques

This is a full-time position based in either Paris or Barcelona (office presence required some days per week, no full remote possible).
